OIDx is focused on providing rapid diagnostic testing to under-served clinical fields as well as evolving rapid testing technology. Utilizing our experience in test development, we work with experts to provide new tools to better serve their needs and improve patient outcomes.
About Us:
OIDx was founded in 2015 by Roger Piasio. Roger has dedicated his life to improving diagnostic testing. He founded Binax Inc, in 1986, with desire to develop a rapid testing format that allowed true point of care testing, providing easy to use tests that improved the time to treatment.
OIDx is a continuation of this desire, with a focus on developing new tests for different markets not currently served by rapid testing formats. At the same time, we are focused on pushing the testing technology by developing novel test methods that will provide fast, accurate, economical results to better serve the needs of patients and clinicians.
